CHITER APRATI SANKRAMAYAH TAD AKARA APATTAU SVABUDDHI SAM VEDANAM ||22||
चितेरप्रतिसंक्रमायाः तदाकारापत्तौ स्वबुद्धि संवेदनम् ॥२२॥
citer-aprati-saṁkramāyāḥ tad-ākāra-āpattau svabuddhi saṁ-vedanam ||22||
Unlike the characteristic of that which is immutable in human beings, the true self is unchangeable and can thus achieve full knowledge and self knowledge. ||23||
citeḥ = of the mind; of the consciousness; draṣṭu; the true self

saṁkramāyāḥ = to move around; to live unsteadily;
concerning a person who moves from place to place
tad = that; chitta
ākāra = form; being; nature
anyata = attain
sva = proprietary
buddhi = knowing; intellect
svabuddhi = self knowledge
saṁ = fully; completely
vedanam = (from veda) knowledge; perception
